Cheerleading

Our cheerleaders are an integral part of our program. They help support our football teams' efforts on the field and provide a boost of energy to our crowd. The purpose of our cheerleading squad is to provide a positive upbeat approach to the game while demonstrating pride, support and enthusiasm for our fans.

Cheerleaders also have the opportunity to compete in a state wide competition for the Texas Youth Football Association (TYFA). They perform in different age brackets to bring pride and recognition to our program. In addition the main goal is to allow children to develop some fundamental cheerleading techniques and life skills that will help them in the future. In preparing for games and competition they learn to work hard, develop and achieve goals, and make new friends in the process.
